How to Shop

There are several ways you can shop!

  1. Through your internal SSP/Punch Out system to generate an order with a PO
  2. Directly on www.geshop.com to use a credit card only
  3. Email us a PO to manually enter: gecatalog@bdainc.com
  4. Call us to manually enter your order with a credit card: 800 600 1813

International Orders: Please send your PO or order inquiry to internationalorders@bdainc.com.

Inventory Availability

You will notice that inventory available is listed next to each item; please note this is inventory that is available and does not account for concurrent orders being placed for the same item. If you require all of the quantity you see available or more, please continue to place your order and follow up with our customer support team at 800 600 1813 on timing for inventory arrival. You may also experience the following inventory status:

  • Pre-Sell:  This item is available for advanced ordering. Merchandise will ship upon in-stock availability.
  • Back Order:  The item is oversold but will be available shortly.
    • Any items you order which exceed the available quantity as per the above, will remain on order in backordered status until inventory comes in.
    • If you ordered multiple items which are available on the same order, your entire order will be ON HOLD until the backordered items arrive. If you wish to release the available items, please call the customer support team to validate if your order is eligible: 800 600 1813. Eligible orders include:
      • Orders paid by credit card
      • Orders paid by direct bill PO as long as the PO exceeds the order amount
    • Orders paid by ePcard cannot be split ship due to limitations that GE has set up with AMEX for the ePcards.
    • We do our best to keep updated estimated dates of arrival for items on backorder, should we not have provided a date or if you have further questions, please contact our customer support team: 800 600 1813.
  • Sold Out:  This item is no longer available.

Online Ordering

Canadian International Orders

Process your order online as normal, the correct shipping and handling charge will be added to your order total. A $20 processing fee will apply to all Canadian and International orders.

All Other International Orders

To place an international order, please email your selections to internationalorders@bdainc.com. You will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail of the freight charges and order total. Once you have received your notification email, please respond with your confirmation within the next 72 hours. If we do not receive your authorization within that period of time, your order will be cancelled. You may also call your order into a Customer Service Representative at 425.492.2770. A $20 processing fee will apply to all International orders.

International Payment Information

Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. GE Shop is not responsible for delays in delivery or rejections due to customs. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will review the circumstances to determine the liability for return. Shipping & handling returns is the responsibility of the consignee/customer.

International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by credit card, check, money order, direct bill, wire transfer, or gift certificate (amount should include duties, taxes and shipping).

Gift Certificates

  • GE Shop Gift Certificates can be purchased through Market Place Only.
  • GE Shop Gift Certificates can only be redeemed online at GE Shop (the Americas Collection).
  • Your GE Shop Gift Certificate is immediately redeemable; please safeguard this information.
  • The value of this Electronic Gift Certificate is redeemable for all costs, which includes merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
  • Lost or stolen Gift Certificates cannot be replaced.
  • If your order total exceeds the Electronic Gift Certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI

Attention Travel and Living (T&L) Credit Card Holders

Please note that most GE issued T&L cards will not authorize when used for the purchase of promotional merchandise. If you provide us with a T&L card that fails to authorize, we will attempt to notify you once this occurs. At this time we will request an alternate method of payment. If you are unable to provide us with either a GE Purchase Order or another credit card within 5 days your order will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Information

GE Shop Online Orders (Credit Card)

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. A minimum shipping charge of $6.75 applies to each shipment. Upon checkout, you will have the option to ship via next day, 2-day, or 3-day air. In order to ensure same day processing, your order must be placed by 1 p.m. Pacific.

SSP/Punch Out Orders (ePcard)

ePcards are generated for the cost of goods and do not account for shipping, therefore you will be asked to enter your FedEx number in order to process your order. BDA does not have visibility to the GE’s FedEx charges. No expedited shipping options are available, if you require same day processing/expedited shipping, please call our customer support team after your order has been placed: 800 600 1813.

**Due to internal GE approvals and overall transmitting time, it could take up to 48 hours from the time you place a PO to when it actually comes into BDA’s system. If you have an urgent need for processing, please ensure to call our customer support team: 800 600 1813.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable.
